While we typically price our services based on the unique needs of each client, the following is provided as guidance into our pricing structure:
Online Marketing & SEO Consultation Services
Our online marketing and SEO consulting services typically are billed by the hour at a rate of $150 – $200 per hour plus expenses (if any). For clients who are able to make at least a six month commitment, we will discount this rate.
Email Marketing
Our email marketing services range from consulting with clients on how to achieve the best results to actually performing the services for them. So while it’s not possible to detail all email marketing service pricing, here are some guidelines:
- Email marketing consulting: $90 – $125 per hour
- Email design/setup services: $75 per hour
- Email blasting services: $500 annual setup fee + $10 per 1,000 emails sent.
Discounts are extended to clients who are able to make a six month or longer commitment.
Affiliate Marketing
Our affiliate marketing services range from consulting with clients on how best to launch an affiliate program that meets their needs to actually managing the program over time. While pricing is typically tailored to meet the specific needs of the client, here are some guidelines:
- Consulting services: $90 per hour
- Monthly management: $250 – $1,000 depending upon program complexity
- Graphic design/HTML Services: $75 per hour
E-Commerce Solutions
Setting up, launching and maintaining an e-commerce website is one of the most difficult and time consuming tasks for online marketers. It can be incredibly complex and often expensive depending upon the application. As such, it is not possible to provide detailed pricing for these services. As a general rule our e-commerce consulting services are billed at a rate of $150 – $250 per hour depending upon the application. Selection of the e-commerce platform, hosting services, bandwidth considerations and ongoing platform maintenance are all extra based on the client application.
Social Media Marketing
We provide both consulting and ongoing project management for social media campaigns. Our social media marketing services are typically billed at a rate of $50 – $100 per hour depending upon the project complexity and scope. Discounts are extended for clients able to make at least a six month commitment.
Website Development
We provide a full range of website development, deployment, hosting and management services for online marketers. This includes everything from site concept to ongoing monthly management of the site. While pricing is typically tailored to meet the specific needs of our client, here are pricing guidelines:
- Site concept, structure and design consulting: $150 per hour
- Graphic design services: $75 per hour
- Site and domain setup services: $150 – $250 per hour depending scope and complexity.
- Site hosting: $50 – $200 per domain per month depending upon website traffic, resources and structure.
- Site management: $50-$100 per hour depending upon complexity and structure.
Discounts are extended to clients able to make at least a six month commitment. Out of pocket expenses (e.g. domain registration fees) are billed extra.
Pay Per Click Advertising
Our Pay Per Click Advertising (aka ‘PPC’) consulting services are billed by the hour at a rate of $125 per hour plus expenses. Actual advertising costs are extra which are typically paid by our client directly to the advertiser (e.g. Google Adwords).
Content Marketing & Info Graphics
Our content marketing and info-graphics services are billed as follows:
- Consulting and concept: $150 per hour
- Graphic design and html: $75 per hour
- Creative writing services: $35 – $100 per article depending upon topic and complexity
- Promotional services: $75 per hour plus expenses
Link Building & Local Search
Our link building and local search consulting services are typically billed by the hour as follows:
- Consulting and concept: $150 – $200 per hour
- Link building services: $50 – $75 per hour plus expenses
Discounts are extended to clients able to make at least a six month commitment.
